SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our orders are shipped worldwide. Shipments inside the United States take about 2/3 working days from the shipment date; shipments to the rest of the world take about 6/7 working days from the shipment date.All orders within the United States are shipped with UPS. All International Order are shipped with USPS. We Offer FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURN ONLY IN UNITED STATES.

International shipping rate: $14.99 or FREE over $190

We aim to process your order within 1 - 2 days of it being placed. SUNNYSIDE LA only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours (9 am – 5 pm PDT), and does not operate on public holidays.

Unfortunately, occasionally you might experience delivery delays due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances related to the specific country of destination. These include national holidays, strikes, or other events due to extraordinary conditions. In this case, we might be forced to postpone or cancel deliveries. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Please note that a signature is required upon delivery. Before signing, we recommend that you inspect the package for any signs of damage or other issues. Please report all issues immediately to the carrier. Unfortunately, we may not be able to issue refunds for claims (for example empty packages) that are not reported immediately to the carrier. Please keep your delivery receipt in case of any future issues with your delivery.


After your product has been packed and left the SUNNYSIDE LA warehouse, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. This contains all the information about your order, including the tracking number and the shipment status. Think about leaving a message for the delivery company if you are unable to be there when the shipment arrives. Shipping is free within the UNITED STATED. If you have not received the shipment confirmation email, please check your spam folder and bin.

 

TAXES AND DUTIES

All packages are dispatched from our warehouse in Los Angeles, United States.  Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
